Would you claim for personal injury if you were actually fine?

Nope, I'd be down the pub thanking my lucky stars I walked away unscathed.

It's just happened to me and worse still It was her fault and not accepting liability and now claiming whiplash. Nothing wrong with her at all

So I have a situation where as there were no witnesses we may have to go 50/50 and she is also claiming. I on the other hand am not Banging Head Banging Head Banging Head TDV8 HSE, Remap (+45 BHP + 100 Nm), Taylored sport exhaust system by Pipe Werx

Worth fighting, a physio friend had an accident a while ago & got a surprise claim against him. Fought it in court as he is an 'expert' in the field & won.
Serves the scum right that was trying it on - a £5k costs/fine I think, but don't quote me on that.

See link below.

i have to be honest... i was rear ended and i did claim...... however i suffered a damaged rotator cuff in my shoulder and impingement syndrome which meant i couldnt train for around 12 weeks. that was a killer. still gives me grief now when im benching heavy weights or during sparring sessions even now.

had i not been injured then nah not a chance
