The fuse is a good starting point your manual will help to identify the correct fuse number Thumbs Up

I have this issue. LR said it was the screen and the LR Approved Warranty doesn't cover "glass". However, my RRS was in a local indie garage yesterday for new brakes and they had a quick look at the screen too. They confirmed that power was getting to the screen and that current can flow across the screen but that the ground/earth side of the circuit was dead. Could be a connection to the screen or a broken wire from the screen onwards. Think I might take it back when they have some time and get them to have a thorough look at it. And if they fix it I shall go back to LR and ask for the £102 they charged me to tell it was broken! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Often it's as simple as a broken heating element in the window. Do a visual check on the elements and if you find a scratch that might be the problem, you can buy the copper repair paint from all good auto retail stores (And some bad one too!) 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

True VA, but if the entire screen is refusing to heat then it's not as simple as a single element that's broken. It's almost certainly an issue with the connection to the screen or the wiring serving the screen. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Mine has also totally stopped working.
In previous posts it has been mentioned that the wires to the screen where the tailgate opens sometimes break.
Which wires are they? as there are 2 lots of wires when you open the tailgate.

I have a scratch in the middle of the screen, will check to see if any of the element is broken.
Would this stop the full window working.

Mine broke when the dealer had a company replace the rear tint as it was scratched (but not in the area of the heated elements). They obviously damaged one of the wires and dealer would not correct stating that warranty was voided by aftermarket tint!
