20k is probably a bit below the cap price I'd guess.... CAP is a grand or so behind the Glasses price at the moment i think. There is a 3k ish margin in 05-09 RRS so your 26k RRS is worth 23kish at trade money. In terms of depreciation 500 a month is around the norm for a 05-09 RRS at the moment having said that they Havant fell each month since june. So id say there is definitely a bit of room to get the 20k up ... of course it all depends on what car your buying and what margins are in that for the dealer. At a 25k retail id expect u should get 21.5-22k or there abouts mate assuming your car requires little or no work to make it retailable. FYI January Glass Guide saw the 2.7 TDV6 maintain its Dec price |

Thanks you, that's really helpful info The price they have offered is for a direct sale, they called me regarding an AT ad rather than me wanting to part-ex with something they have in stock. Apparently "they can't get enough of em" at the moment, but are refusing to budge on their valuation. If they weren't so sharky I might consider a part-ex plus cash for mine. |

think dealers sticked up expecting snow in dec, now after the festive break they have a few sitting. Could still see heavy snow which may well push demand up either way unless your in a rush to sell i expect ull get your 22k/23k via auto trader. |

Glass Trade - 12000 Glass retail - 15000 Good news is they went up this month by around 600 quid which had pushed up the above figures to what they are, bad news is you still dont have a hope in hell of getting 16k IMO, private sale 14k |
