Check the 4X4 display see if there are any warnings, above each wheels, there is a little green incdictor which shows red when there is a sensor fault. |

I did that and it shows no errors but when I look back to the instrument cluster the suspension indicator is solid red and no longer flashing (I take it that's worse?)..... Is that really bad or minor if the instrument panel says error but the 4x4 screen says al is fine? I took the car out just now on a 100 mile trip and I got no errors come up in away way.....

Fixed it; the suspension fluid was low and just needed topping up.....

suspension is a sealed unit, only fluid is in the hydraulic ARB as far as I'm aware, leak the OP talks about is an air leak |

On my RRS (2008 TDV8) the bottle for hydraulic fluid or whatever you want to call it was front left of the engine bay as you open the bonnet (just as x5pea noted).

jon, unless its not been serviced for a while, you will prob find that you have a leek from the ARB. Easy to notice if you park in the same spot at home as a few drips will apear on the drive way. Failing that put a bit cardboard under the car or somthing. Id keep an eye on it, its a very expensive fix as most dealers will quote a chassis off to do the job, on the positive side land rover only approve them to charge 3 hrs |
