Not so much a fault but for the seatbelt 'bongs' you can deactivate by turning on ignitition to level 1 (i.e. not start the engine) then put the drivers seatbelt in and out 9 times, then you should here a 'bong bong' to confirm it has done.

Handy for when you have that extra heavy chinese take away sat on the passenger seat and your RRS thinks it's the missus.

Strangely though I have not tried this on my 2011, did it on my 2008, will give it a go!

This is more a Tip or Trick, so moved to that forum. And it's been posted before Wink http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic5753.html

But worth a bump up Smile Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

The gonger I want killed is the key in ignition with door open gonger. Sometimes it lasts forever but other times only for 60 secs.

I've just done this because I've had a dog on the front seat (canine variety!) for the past week and he was setting it off. Does the red warning light still stay on until you put your seat belt in Question
