Can't help I've loved all my RRS and FFRR and always had pretty good service from my dealer. |

My car was picked up in April this year and is still under warranty ! The fault has re occured a few times in the LR stated 3 months rejection period and now it keeps happening. My lawyer says my case is strong and hopes that I will be offered resolution sooner rather than later !

Foxy, The man you need to try and contact is Jeremy Hicks he's just been appointed Managing Director, try phoning him or sending him a letter recorded delivery, He's a decent guy and will try and help if you can manage to get a letter to him - even ask your solicitor to send it to him recorded and ask that he responds PERSONALLY....

you have the right to ask for you money back or have a new car on the same year as you have got if they say no then office of fair tradeing and trading standers will get involved .

Sorry to hear that foxy but I am fraid that in situations like these you are on your own and it is pointless to fight the dealer. I have had my car from new and broke down on the way from the dealer with a spanking new unregistered car twice

I know someone had problems with vw r32 and it took years but they got refund and compensation out of court in the end just before final judgement so it would not be reported - Vw even took car away for inspection and kept it 18 months without offering a courtesy car

9 times out of 10 the dealer is either the failure of or success of the experience - LR customer service isnt the focus its the dealer.
