New car seal /Detailing

Hi... finally picking up my RRS late next week..... I've been looking on various detailing sites and am overwhelmed at the amount of products available....
Can you please give me some advice on what products I should use to seal or poss wax the paintwork with ...
and then products to maintain me through a harsh pyranees winter....and give me a great glossy shine...

Should I wax.... or use a nano glaze

So far drawn towards
Wolf's body wrap
R222 100% carnuba
G tech c5 (wheels)
Glass ???
anything else I should consider

Wolf's body wrap --- excellent product, but needs to bond to paint so needs ipa wide down etc
If using above wolfs nano shampoo to maintain beading and protection

G tech c5 (wheels) --- excellent product using it on the wife's and jet wash bring 95% dust off
Glass --- Side & rear use Gtechniq C3 &C1 if you want to do front screen
anything else I should consider? Tyre gloss and plastic trim

Thanks Nick.....sorry... what is ipa ???
Will get some plastic trim protector...I assume it is a matt and for the outside trim ??.... I guess they are no longer silicone based... obviously hate it when plastic is very shiny.. Tyres aside

It's ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL (IPA), Thumbs Up

Gtechnic do a trim product, or look for 303 protectorant,
