HomeLink Garage Door Opener Missing?

Is the homelink garage opener a standard feature? Believe there should be 3 small buttons on the rear view mirror, but for some reason there aren't any on my 2012 HSE. Any ideas?

For the UK market Homelink is optional on all RRS models. Not sure if the spec will change for other markets.
