At £75 it'll probably not be a Land Rover part. Autoglass use their own as standard. Look as see if it has the Land Rover marking. |

it's a Pilkington part so almost certainly legit. Unless Autoglass now make their own twin layer, laminated, acoustic, heated-filament-integrated glass. Which is probably unlikely. One assume they charge the difference to the insurance company, who in turn squeeze Autoglass in return for some sort of exclusive deal. ============

Had mine replaced through insurance a few weeks back. £60 excess and I asked how much it would cost if I was to pay myself. They told me that the insurance company gets 40% discount and they were being billed £750 |

You need to specifically request a LR part from auto glass otherwise they will give you their own screen.

Glad your screen went well. mine on the other hand,two guys from autowindscreens did mine and left to dents on my bonnet and on the same day i had a stone fly up and chip it |
