Great Post Ronnie I have said the same thing (not here) many times before.... Out of the jobs that we don't get its mainly on price with potential customers saying so and so quoted me £150 less than you... I often say make sure you do your due diligence. Take a look at the work in their portfolio, find out a bit of history how long have they been detailing, call previous customers... This is an expensive range rover your getting detailed after all..! I know if there was enough interest I would be happy to open Zaino's doors on a Saturday or Sunday to do some demos and help people with any problems they may have with regards to Detailing. We have coffee and I may even be able to break the bbq out for some sausages and bacon sarnies too! Maybe you should come over as well Ronnie!! ATB Johnny |

Totally agree with you guys......I got a new car detail when I bought it, will get a detail once a year, but the 6 weekly is £100 worth.....and I dont expect a full detail for that, it is just a top up and a very good valet.

Errr no not really, craig came out with a guy to completely re-do my car, i didn't know anyone still used a sponge to wash a car for starters, craig their principle valeter still does bare in mind this is supposed to be a professional company anyway craig set about cleaning my car inside and out and the guy he brought with him had been brought along to give him a hand but mainly for him to try and polish out the machine polish marks left by tony johnson, however upon inspection he refused to touch my paintwork with a machine polisher because the marks were so bad craig then maintained that this wasn't ultimate car cares problem but tony johnson's problem even though i booked my appointment on ultimate car care's website and it was them that contacted tony johnson to come and do my car (passing the book) both craig and his associate say my car now requires a paint correction but neither of them are prepared to pay for it hence why it is now in the hands of my solicitor with photos of before and after along with all phone calls logged between all parties, karen from ultimate car care said she would e-mail me full details of tony johnson's company last thursday, as yet i still havn't received them, i am shocked that a so called professional company can allow someone else to blacken its name in this way and not take responsibilty for their actions, i have given them the chance to correct my paintwork which will cost a mere £??? but no, they see this as admitting liability. So the legel route it is. SO I ADVISE ANYONE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY AFTER READING THIS, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, THEY REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. |
