How to un-hook the back of the front seat?

Hi,

I posted this in two spots as I wasn't sure which was correct. I am trying to install dvd headrest units in my 2007 RRS and need to run the wires down the headrest holes to the bottom of the backside of the front seats. I cannot figure out how to unclip, unhook, detach the bottoms of the seat. Can anyone give me some fairly detailed instructions on the process and/or have a diagram they could post showing the procedure? Thanks so much in advance!!

Hi,

Did you manage to work out how to unclip the base of the front seat cover? I have exactly the same requirement and it doesn't seem straight forward?

Many thanks

Ben

United Kingdom

At the bottom of the seat back there are 2 plastic strips you force apart with a screw driver.
Then you put your ARM tight up the back of the seat at the top there are 2 possible routes you must pick the straight one
Now you know why pros like me charge sounds simple, it aint
good luck
