+1. too many businesses in the uk get away with crappy work, mainly because people don't complain or shout loud enough, if this was Mr Clarksons car it would have been right of they know the fallout would be huge, well welcome to the t'internet, a very very loud voice if your not happy ...

+1. They messed up. They've been told they messed up. They say they are going to sort it. They have an oppourtunity to salvage the situation and regain faith in the product. So long as the outcome is posted I really don't see a problem. It isn't always that things go wrong it is how companies react when they are told things have gone wrong. If this firm get it right then they could get a lot more buisness from it as we would know that if they mess up they will sort it. Time will tell. I look forward to the updates and good luck. honestly Ady, when they did mine about 18months ago it was absolutely spotless. i am probably the fussiest person ever with the paintwork on my car without question and i was impressed. i cant apologise enough. and its nothin to do with kahn standars you know lol. i show my car at all the big vw meets and shows and i never fail to get good comments. |

I have to laugh when people actually consider sending a car to get paint correctiob on a Range Rover of all things for £100 it is pure madness. price is one warning if its cheap its cheap for a reason. In truth IF they are insured then it works out at about £20 per vehicle. then heat light products machinery etc etc. will total say £30
