situations i would LFB - a go kart, a caterham, throwing a car around a track, getting sexy on a B-road in a nippy little hot hatch. ============

800 wonderful miles into my MY11 TDV6 HSE I had a similar experience on the M6 yesterday. Lost acceleration intermittently for an hour, engine system warning on dash. I think it was happening at two gearchage points - from 5 to 6 at about 65mph and from 3 to 4 at about 30mph. Engine didn't cut out, just disengaged throttle and slowly lost speed.

LR arriving at 8.30 this morning with their diagnostics to take a look!

Such a shame and having played the 'what cars did you have before the RRS' game over the weekend I can say it's the first of 12 new plate cars over the last 20 years that's ever had a mechanical failure in it's first three years, and I've only had it 10 days. It's my first new LR (had an 06 2.7 RRS for the last year, parking brake problems).

Hope it's a coincidence and doesn't say something about LR reliability!

Had the car in, dealer said there was a technical bulletin regards this from landrover and made adjustment to brake pedal.... Only driven home from dealer yet so can't confirm whether it's fixed for good or not.

Did you find the fix cured the issue? I seem to have a mild form of the issue when it changes up from 1st to 2nd where it's quite a sluggish change. The dealer thinks it might be a software issue, so here's hoping Smile Once it gets going, it seems fine.

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

My first post here, by way of introduction I acquired my first RRS, a MY11 with approx 45,000 miles on the clock about a month ago and have covered around 1,500 miles. Yesterday I had exactly the same experience as the OP in this thread. I had just pulled onto a large, busy roundabout too, very scary. Did anyone find a fix or solution for this? Any help would be appreciated
