My car was speeding and has a photo to prove it, you can't tell who the driver is, I can't remember who was driving it at the time of the offence, I wrote back to state this and now have a court summons.

Registered to company so company cannot receive points can it? or do they go to me as MD?
It's from behind ( ), with privacy glass there is strength to my argument we have no way of knowing who was driving... Last edited by Jonny Fresh on Mon Jul 25 2011 10:55am. Edited 1 time in total |

I would think as the Director you would have a duty of care to make sure you keep records if people use your car as the pool car. Although dont quote me on that . Just a thought. xx |

No one's using it as a pool car , I wouldn't let any of my employees near my beloved RRS! It was on way back from golf in Sandwich and I shared the driving with my mate, changing every hour as we were both knackered and hung over |

I guess 3 points for speeding is a small price to pay considering the above As suggested tell them you don't know who was driving at the time of the offence and see where it goes from there, So was it you then ? |
