Nick is rite. 2 month contract but never give them what they want. If they said 1.5% then get them down to 1.25%. I'm trying to sell my house at mo and it's a nightmare. Good luck. Oh and make sure no sale no fee !!!! |

If they have someone in mind who wants your property, then they should be biting your hand and even taking a lower % |

Well just be firm and direct and tell them not to you about.....rental Market is strong, and if you can afford it, then let it out.....you're saving by building your own house anyways |

I'd rather have rid of it than rent it out, but if I don't get what I want then I would. |

JF, If you wish to, PM me your properties address and breif description (bedrooms bathroom, parking etc) and i'll do you a rental report of other similar/like-for-like properties that have been advertised in the local area over the last year or two, it will give you an idea of what others have been advertised for. |
