Cheers Nick but got that covered, my dad is designing it as a bit of a hobby (he's done quite a few in the past), and a family friend is building it so we're all covered. High on the list is a RRS worthy garage |

I think i paid 1.15% and it included the selling side of conveyancing with a estate agent/solicitor, around the same time a friend agreed 1% with his agent.

Nick just wondering if you'll know, if I was to look in to (when i can affird too) building a second floor extention above an existing ground floor only extension, basically extending what's downstairs upstairs to make bigger bedrooms/bathroom, subject to planning is it relatively straight forward(i.e. taking roof off, building upwards installing floor and topping of with a roof)? |
