I looked back into it, 4.3.3 is the know bugged OS with the Wifi problem there is a fix due from apple. |

Spoke to Apple but they say as I bought it from PCworld they must sort it - Apple are normally excellent when I buy from them |

for videos there is no need to convert files, which is a hassle and time consuming. there are lots of apps that play videos in all formats without conversions. I tried many. My personal best is AVPlayerHD, which also reads subtitles (not soo important for English native speakers).

Did you update software? Sounds like the OS issue I was telling you about but if it puts your mind at rest then go through with the refund and get a replacement |
