If you unlock your car, but don’t open a door, the Car will re-lock itself, But if you open a door it should remain unlocked until you press the lock button on the remote. 2006 S/C Bonatti Grey, OEM Steps, LAND ROVFR Mud Flaps, Soft/Smooth steering wheel, 2010/11 HST Wheels. |

No, the car will only lock itself if you unlock the car with the remote but don't open any doors for about 20 seconds, if you unlock your car then open any of the doors then shut them again without putting your key in the ignition it will NOT lock itself. your fuel flap is locked when the doors are locked but unlocks when you unlock the car, you just need to push it inwards then release the flap to open it I will have to try and type faster, but its difficult when customers keep ringing you as you are typing Last edited by Ady 555 on Fri May 13 2011 9:35am. Just to clarify,if all 4 doors are locked but the tailgate is open with the key inside and you then shut the boot it will lock because thats what I did MY2011 HSE Santorini/Ivory/Piano Black/Privacy Glass/TV .Sadly gone.

That is correct - the boot isnt part of the main doors when the car is locked...open a door first Mike 2014 Facelift Discovery |
