I'm looking to get a set of 22" wheels on my S/C I'm favouring the 22inch Onyx Hps wheels but can't seem to find where to get them from having typed the word Onyx wheels etc on google for the last hour and got nowhere? Big Cry Big Cry

So help needed! Anybody know where I can find an Onyx dealer or where I can find Onyx Wheels Cheers Laurence.

Buster, I'm fairly certain the Dare NK1 alloy is the same as the Onyx (minus the Onyx stamp). And the Dares are loads cheaper of course Cool

Excellent point - loads of ebay sellers in particular, flogging wheels that are not rated for 4x4 use, although their ads state otherwise... Rolling Eyes

The Onyx wheels and tyres are £3000

However these are £1471 with UHP tyres if they are 4x4 rated I'd say a bargain!!! Thumbs Up

How can I make sure they are 4x4 rated?? Cheers Laurence.

It was mentioned on an earlier thread they should be 950kg minimum. I'd call the supplier and ask Smile

Thanks TenBob I have made contact with supplier and he is coming back to me with load rating although he assures me that they are made for the RR's and will be correct! But no harm in asking - thanks for the heads up.

He is also going to find me some more pictures of them on a RR's I will post if I get any? They seem to be very helpful guys! Thumbs Up

He called back before I had a chance to post this to say that they are 800kg wheels with certificate to prove it but only say 670kg on the backs of the wheels!! (certificate could well be in Chinese I shouldn't wonder!!) Either way going by what you say at 950kg they aren't going to be any good? I'll have to look in to it further.

The guy is also saying he can do me a better deal than on the advert at £1471 with the UHP tyres - keen to sell them I wonder why??

Damn got excited there for a monent! Big Cry

Thanks again TenBob think you might just have saved me the thick end of £1500 Bow down Cheers Laurence.

800kg rated alloys are likely to bend/crack Shocked

No problems mate Thumbs Up I recently backed out of an ebay transaction as the seller was flogging some wheels incorrectly rated. Pi**ed the seller off somewhat I have to say, but safer to have the correct rating! Cool

Your right there! Thumbs Up

Who gave to load rating of 950kg? Cheers Laurence.
