Im getting about 30-32 on my sport - better than the disco and defender (not that i would be seen dead in a BMW) but are they really that much better.

Trouble with the Freelander is that I would be wanting a RRS. Evogue - too small, need 5 seats. Mondeo - let me think....................... 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

BMW or not VA, you will soon tire of being one of the Tom Dick and Harry droid stuck down on the floor............as much as I like my Audi and with the impressive MPG, it is boring as hell compared to a Range Rover.

Boring as the Mondeo is, it serves a purpose. I normally commute on a motorbike but during winter, I get myself a winter hack. The Mondeo was cheap to run and I don't care what happens to it.

I was blocked from buying a Bentley GTC because of the unsightly 'B' emblem at the centre of each wheel. But the joke was on her - I couldn't afford it anyway! That'll teach her. But she made me buy a brown RRS instead. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone! |
