Apparently (on my model anyway) its the self leveling suspension settling, I asked the LRE guy a few "silly" questions, this being one and he demostrated it Mike

When you say normal is yours broken also? I can't see why your car would lower itself if you have not changed the height. It just sounds like something is leaking? |

Mine levels itself automatically from time to time. If you watch it you notice that it is only ever the front or rear that moves. Makes sure that the car is level and is a design feature |

Apparently if you travel on a ferry you should drop it access height otherwise it will try to level on the journey!! and then in doing so flatten the battery Mike

Mine does it too, seems to be perfectly normal - its not loud, about the same volume as the dogs, my other half says 'he is barking at us' every time it does it...yes, she thinks the car is a Dog. She has even named it Rupert....worryingly, I now call it Rupert. Im worried for myself. -[RRS 4.4 v8 HSE ]- |
