I just let iPhoto manage everything for me. Import photos to the iPhoto library and then the viewer arranges by date,event etcetera. All photos end up in a cabinet file called iPhoto library, but if you command click on that you can navigate inside it easily enough. The only complication comes when you start using something like photoshop or aperture but even then it's nothing too arduous - just let the computer organize it for you and get on with more important things than worrying about file structures |

i understand that simon, but what do you name them in iphoto when you import them? |
