Wonder if you can do that legally in a Pay and Display if you put 2 tickets in your dash,it really pees me off when people park so close I have to squeeze my not unsubstantial frame through a 12" gap ??? Wraps do not damage cars if applied and removed correctly , use wraps on race cars saves a lot of repainting on front ends. I did wrap a car for a Euro run and the great thing is that you come back after a 1800 miles blast and no stone chips of course .

I wondered about that the other day aswell.Legally why not?Peed of other car park users may be the problem I feel I had a great er discussion last week with a parking/security attendant at Middlebrook(shopping complex)re me parking in 2 spaces,he followed me and told me to move it ,I said if he gave me £50 I would as this is what it has cost me on each of the two previous weekends to have the dents removed I then just walked off, when I got back I had a sticker on asking to be more considerate to other parkers, what a joke |

If you change your car from say a Santorini as it left the factory to a Pearl White wrap how do you declare it to your insurer or the DVLA? Do you inform them or run the risk of a) being uninsured as the car is not as described for insurance purposes b) not as described on the V5 and in the DVLA database

I thought It was only a temporary colour change Tim, so you don't need to declare it? I'm not 100% sure though. |

I guess this is another loop hole they will be closing, but seen as you have to notify dvla of any colour change of your vehicle also your insurance company no matter if its painted or wrapped, i can see another clause been added sometime very soon to all insurance policys. Ady |

How long before some "bright spark" / tries to have a matt finish on the glass, or maybe stick on mud? |

Got to agree, if you want the Mud look, then you have to go off road, however, trust me, it is a lot better if it's not your own vehicle and damage is not an issue. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
