Why would it damage the car and why would it void the warranty? '08 RRS TDV8

But the car does run lower above 160 kph, 20 mm.

It is all down to how much you lower it, I do not know if the Kahn/Rinspeed module lowers the car to the access height, I'd be surprised as the ride would be almost unbearable.
But if, like the LLAMS module, it just lowers it about 20mm I do not see where it could damage the car as this is the same as the car does automatically above 160 kph '08 RRS TDV8

Lets face it, any tune or ECU modification voids your warranty regardless.

Damage wise, i know there are preset conditions (like min and max speeds for the heights) that are there for a reason (to protect the suspension) and if you over-ride these you are stressing it more.

eg: if you lower the suspension ALL THE TIME, not just to get into a car-park or for the odd hour you may be above 160kph, then you are always straining the system...where as its designed to be at rest when set to normal height and not under any undue load Mike

Yes I have a Kahn module installed but because of the poor ride quailty I switched it off. Sometime I do lower it just for fun.

Well, do not want to argue too long this point, but

Damage: As I said I fail to see how the suspension could be damaged if lowering it 20mm like with the LLAMS module or any other working the same way or automatically lowering above 160 kph, and the ride is very confortable, no different than in standard. Lowering and driving fast at access eight is a totally different matter, this will probably damage it.

Warranty: As I said, I have no experience with the Kahn module, but if it is anything like the LLAMS one, it can be easily installed and removed in less than 1 hour, leaving no traces of it having ever been on the car, so warranty will never know anything about it. '08 RRS TDV8
