MY06 releases automatically when you pull away too  2006 S/C Bonatti Grey, OEM Steps, LAND ROVFR Mud Flaps, Soft/Smooth steering wheel, 2010/11 HST Wheels.

My 55 plate S/C works the same, parking brake applied then it releases when you press the accelerator.
I think I have a problem with the park brake releasing on the rear drivers side wheel though as the brake, wheel and tyre heats up 50% hotter than the other 3 wheels. This is a speratic issue though. only seems to happen once a fortnight or so.
