I was undecided how I wanted to wire them, I was going to wire them from a switched live under the bonnet but liked the idea of being able to turn them off if needed, In the end I decided to disconnect the front fog lights at the plug and fed DRL's with the fog light feed... So all I do is pull the switch out to put the front fogs on and my DRL's light up instead

you need to get a drl switch..i have one and it switchs my drl light on with the ignition and they go out when you put on your headlights..

I understand it as if you have got lights fitted no matter what lights they are, then they must work to pass an mot otherwise its a fail. Then maybe not in this case Ady Last edited by Ady 555 on Fri Mar 04 2011 8:21pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Not true mate, reversing lights are also not part of the MOT test Cheers Paul

You could always do what D3 and FFRR owners do and fit led halos inside the foglights.
