Thanks very much, I did suggest I was being dense didn't I? The loop I was tugging at was underneath the seat, reached after pulling the catch at the top of the seat and pulling the backrest forward

I will try this out tonight (or tomorrow as may not have a chance tonight) and let all you good (patient) people know.

Remember to push the loops back out of the way if you do use the area as storage, that way your avarage scroat would miss your gear if they screwed the car.
