Just browsing the various sites to get some ideas for wheels etc on my HST and this popped up -

Yes by taking the light unit out, opening up the casing, taking out the orange reflector and inserting a new silver, blackened strip....i think hair dryers needs to be used on the unit as the headlight is sealed I think....or something like that....i have heard people put the lights in an oven too!! |

Lol I did mine this way, cost £20 and looked great had my others done the other way its about £250 to have them split and painted, revere do this mainly now |

took the headlights out that takes 2 mins, took them to a wrapping company and had the edges done gloss black to hide the reflector and :
