Heres another sucker Whistle
Owned four LRs
1st 300 tdi disco it started to impload within an hour. Roof light jammed, then gearboxes fell apart ,3 in all. 8 gearbox shaft seals caused floods of oil on drive. Then we had two total resprays followed by a new dash . finally the rear door top hinge fell off. Not bad for my first one,A Big Cry
2nd I had another ,the one with round head lights. It was a lot better, it only had 2 gearboxes, 3 oil seals and 1 rear drive shaft. Thumbs Up
3rd RRS 57 tdv8 fantastic never missed a beat when like Censored off a shovel. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
Now, RRS 59 tdv8 totally different it won't go it needs a kick up it's arse
Moral of story ,things con only get better Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Re: Which vote LR/RR worst brand for reliability

Good timing, just been told that my 57 model RRS has bust the chain linking the camshafts
although the timing belt is ok, spoke to LR Customer service who are looking into it but dont
hold much hope.
How can a four year old car with 90000 break a chain that is not a serviceable item which the dealer admitted
shouldn't have broken, suppose just hold my breath, I have had all previous cars Disco's,defenders
just a shock that this happened and no warning or lights get rid of computers on them
