There is a bleed valve on top of the engine,if you search the forum it will tell you,the plug to read the faults is on the offside footwell. 2007 HSE in black with 22 inch id ones with privacy glass.

Hi fella cheers for your responce could you give me a detailed diagram of the valve ie any pic ect also when the valve is open what do you do am not mechanically minded but once I have books and that in front of me or pic showing diagrams what to do a can do it cheers cal |

I can't confirm whether this is correct for your engine but take a look on the disco3 sister site where there are some more tutorials. Here is the first one I found with a quick search for fuel filter bleed:
