The gov is talking about a way to stabalise the price of fuel and to give rural areas discounts.

Cobham is so remote it takes Dominos 25 minutes to make and deliver. |

Usually 8p -10p difference with the Big Smoke (Inverness) but at the mo only 3p so not too bad. Mind you it starts to hurt when D3 used locally a lot at the mo and getting 14mpg! |

Rats, since I published the low price of diesel here in Shetland they have increased the price to 145.9p per litre. |

Sounds similar to a system we had in this area of Italy until a while a go, basically fuel was much cheaper in Slovenia which is only 20km from here and on the weekends all the locals would go and fill up there at nearly half the cost!!
