I suspect it might be easier in the RRS as it has an access height setting which drops the air suspension lower than normal by about 2-4" to get in and out. Maybe best to have a go at your nearest dealer just to be on the safe side. Best of luck. |

Don't forget the access mode can be programmed to the key button so if someone else drives the car and leaves it at normal height you can just put it at the right height before you get there....

isn't the access height working only while the car is on emergency lights?

Not in UK anyway. You're correct about the doors open part. If you open the door before it has finished moving it will stop. But, there is no need to have the emergency/hazard lights on. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

can't you program the LR button on the Fob to drop to access height, but only when you have the hazard lights on at the same time, sort of to aid getting things in the boot? |

The RR will lower from norm almost 2" and raise for off-road from norm a further 2"

Yes hazard lights have to be on for keyfob button to lower it. |
