Spare Wheel Size - 18" Tyres

Does anyone know what is the max size 18" tyre that will fit in the spare wheel spot. I am looking at higher tyres but not sure how big will be too big.

Eg will 265/70/18 fit or would I be limited to 60 or 65 profile tyres.
