Hi All

I am looking for recommendations for a good LR dealer in the North East that i can use when my S/C needs any service work etc ?. My local one is Stratstone Stockton but they are useless, when i ring i only get a call centre who know nothing about our cars and when I'm transferred to the service desk they don't answer the phone no matter how long i wait.

I recently called in and the whole building was being redeveloped so for now atleast i want nothing to do with Stockton.

Anyone up north use any of the others ?. They all seem to be Stratstone and i dont like them if im honest.

I also tried Les Potts but he assumed i was clueless and wanted to charge me for things that weren't necessary despite me telling them that they weren't (after reading comments on here).

try stratstones at pickering,i'd recommend them.

Team Valley is 40 mins away so not bad really. I spoke to Ripon LR yesterday and the service guy couldn't do enough to help me even though i wasn't even having any work done. He emailed me so i can ask him questions ahead of getting work done etc so may try them.

Stockton were awful, i have used them every time i have owned a RR (5th one now) and they are always awful.

Will speak to Team Valley also, i want my phone sorting and possibly need front suspension bushes as they are knocking a bit.

I have been chatting to Ripon LR this past week and can confirm that they have been very very helpful so far and i haven't even paid them to do any work.

I will be using them even though they are 40 miles away from me.
