Front Parking Aid Inactive, Touch Screen off on start up

Hi there, I have had my 55 RRS Supercharged for a week and I have noticed that the last 2 days when I start it up the parking censor is inactive and the touch screen doesn't respond.

The touch screen comes back after I have driven for a while, the censor does as well but not always.

Is it a battery issue?
