2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

RR Footwell Carpet

Hi All
I've got a 2010RR. Got a problem with the carpet in the drivers footwell. Bought RR matts with the car but the carpets ripped. Dealer says it's wear & tear so warranty will not cover but I know it's not.
Has anyone else has any similar problems
