Can anyone tell me if the seats in the FFRR would fit into MY10 RRS??? I just cannot get comfortable in my car at all which is a shame really because in every other respect I think its fantastic... but having had a 24 hour demo in the FFRR I found the seats to be so much more comfortable for longer journeys..I have looked at trading in for the FFRR but as my car is so new I am getting crucified on the trade in value just now and realistically need to wait at least another 6 months before values level out...Problem is.. not sure if my aches and pains can!! Any advice would welcome |

Not necessarily. Invite Angel for dinner. Get him drunk. Once he passes out, swap the seats. I estimate about 200 pounds in food and alcohol total costs..... '08 RRS TDV8 I converted my diesel RRS to run on an environmentally friendly mixture of caribou fat and baby seals oil |

Hi lespes..I can see that working on the D3 as it shares the same platform as the RRS..my gut feeling is that the FFRR seats may be too wide to fit the RRS..having said that I may be wrong???? |

One problem would be that the FFRR is wider inside than the RRS, and the FFRR doesn't have the "cocooning" driving position with the raised transmission tunnel that RRS has that limits the width of the seating areas in the front. Also there would be problems with all the airbags.

Cheers Tim...will check the site out...I have a funny feeling like you that the internal dimensions will make any modification very difficult |

Could be worth considering...providing it didn't require major surgery to the car to make it fit which in turn could make the car "unsellable".....Fiona suggested I should forget the RRS and go for this!!!!!

Funny you should say that...was speaking to a neighbour of mine the other day who has a D4 and he was saying that he felt the seats were way better than his previous D3...i thought that they would be the same seats as the RRS |
