this year had had it for me the Sport spent 4 MONTHS in the dealers with a pre heater fault eventually I was told by LR that I would just have to live with it from the head of customer care. until a court order arrived that was. finally traced ti ti a faulty pump and it was fixed. then I have a warrenty issue with some corrosion on the rear doors and find the dealer had invalidated the warrenty as it never carried out the proper checks when in getting serviced not a happy chappie next time it will be a personal import from England bypass the sealer straight to the specialist to get a proper LR mechanic to look after it!!! pathetic on the behalf of LR if this is how they are trained then they deserve what they get. unfortunatly it hasn't put me off buying another one!!!

Name and shame them, plenty of others have slated their less than perfect dealers and service outlets in the Dealers section 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Donnelly Bros in Dungannon. To be honest I find 3.5 months totally unacceptable and in the end it was a soimple fix and a software upgrade. the pump was not turning off filling the preheater with diesel causing it to smoke if the unit was not firing then it over pressurised the fuel lines bursting them! Granted my jeep is now over 3 years old and I pushed and got a full LR warrenty (which BTW is NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH LAND ROVER) they do not want to honour it as its a third party company with no tie to land rover only they sell it in LR booklets go figure. now I have some alu corrosion on one door and I have found as Donnelly's did not carry out the proper checks when servicing then it is not valid and its my tuff luck. To be honest I have found a very good independant who is looking after it and its amazing the pricing difference...

LR pollen filter from Land Rover £44.50+vat+fitting. £65 all in
LR pollen filter made by the same company as the LR one with same part number £17.50 all in fitted!!!
