HST GRILL OR SUPERCHARGED GRILL?

Hi Guys,

What do you think is better the HST Grill or the Superchared grill.

Ive had a look at alot of comments on the forum and an even amount of members are suggesting one or the other.

I'm not too sure whether I should put the HST Grill my RRS even though its a HST Spec or whetehr to keep the Supercharg bespoke Grill.

Any idea's?

Nope, Range Rover grilles should have horizontal bars on them. That looks like a yank tank to me Neutral Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Who says who should have what. It's personnel preference and if you like it then do it, as i keep saying it would be a boring world if everybody was the same. Anyway I like it looks good Thumbs Up Dont know if that means much coming from someone with a purple car mind you Laughing Now gone Orkney grey SDV6 HSE with body style kit contrast stitch ebony leather, privacy, black piano, 22" Lowenharts for summer, 20" with Leon LTZ for winter.

The grill should be the one that identifies what your car is! if you want it to be different, buy the model you want, do not cheat by changing the grill. May not be the best person to offer this advice Laughing purple people eater

Understood!

I think I'l wait until I see one on road with the HST grill and to be honest I havn't hardly seen any down here so I might just pop into a Land Rover dealer and take a look.

A1RDY your car looks mint, looks well different from the front especially with the debadge.

Was it easy to remove the adhesive from the bonnet?

Also I used my car for a weding car last week and put a ribbon on it and the ribbon has marked the bonnet, any indication how I can get the marks out?

Cheers!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I ran mine with an HST grille and one day while cleaning the car I took it off to wash it and was amazed at the squashed flies that were blocking up my radiators, after spending ages clearing enough aquashed flies to supply the Garibaldi biscuit factory for a year I put the TDv8 standard grille back in and sold the HST grille to somebody on here! The suggestion was that I should have put some fine mesh net curtain at the back of the HST grille to stop the flies getting in in the first place - sounded like too much work Mr. Green 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Harry
I would suggest you fit the grill to match the remainder of the exterior of the car.

I never quite understand why people change some but not all items on the car creating a bit of a 'pick and mix' style. You have done all the hard bits change your non-HST car to a HST looking one, the grill will simply finish the desired look off.

To be fair we are never happy are we.......I got a factory HST and have still changed it a little, I now have matching black door handles fitted and 09 spec clear side and tail lights (I hate amber) and would love to have my head lights colour matched.
