MMMMmmm! My dad's mate had a few of them, 3.8l straight six XK120 roadster with about 380bhp at the rear wheels coupled with a short ratio LSD rear axle giving a topspeed of 105mph. Jamie used it for hill climbs and was quite succesful with it. Another friend had a simillar racer and a couple in concourse condition, his wife had a MGA with a Rover 3.5 V8 as a race car but I never got a run in it.
Nicest cars I have driven would be a Silver Ghost style Bently, whisper smooth and quite powerful as well. fastest car I have driven must be a March F1 car from the early 70s pity I never got to fire the engine up tho Sad but I did drive it for about 100meters to park it up after a race Smile Most Q car is my MG ZT (Rover 75) with a 400bhp supercharged V8, 0 to 100km/h in a little over 4 seconds and a top speed of 180mph Twisted Evil Sons of dogs come hither and get flesh

Most fun I owned was my Mark II Escort 1600 crossflow full race engine. Piper cam, Group 1 head, Peco HDR exhaust, steel crank and pushrods, twin side draft Weber 40 carbs, converted 5 speed gearbox by a guy in London. Bilstein world cup suspension, and the old 4 spoke RS Alloys! 4.1 LSD in the back. It was putting out 168 bhp at the flyweel in 1988!!! Shocked Power band was 3500-9000rpm with the cam. Below 3500 all she did was splutter but from there on then HOLD ON!!! Laughing

An ex girlfriends boss had a 944 Porsche that couldnt catch it off the line all the way up to the rev limiter in 5th!!! Rolling with laughter He never spoke to me after that!!! Whistle

Redlined at 9200 rpm with the steel crank and rods!! Used to sound like a bike at high revs!! Twisted Evil

Used to be great fun till a drunk driver t-boned it one night. Big Cry Big Cry Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

535d m-sport Platinum grey and a few extras.... Gone

X5 3.0 sd in Space Grey, 20's, Dynamic Pack, Memory Pack, Media Pack, Tow Pack, Rear DVD, Panoramic Sunroof, Steps, 7 Seat Pack, Reversing Camera with moving lines, programmable park heat, etc etc etc - Gone
