My advise to to gently tell them that either LR or your dealer should pay the extra as it's not your fault that your car was delayed. I would guess you would have grounds to cancel the order with a full refund of any money paid if push came to shove. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I'm in exactly the same situation with mine. i think were i ordered mine the end of Jan with a delivery date of 25th March. still waiting. They told me the same about this stealth TAX. I dont want to cancel the order as iv'e waited so long, so going to kick up a fuss if they insist on me paying it 2017 Range Rover Sport SVR 2014 Defender XS HT Firenze red 2.2 TDCi 2015 Skoda Octavia VRS estate 2017 VW Touareg 3L V6 2011 Aston Martin DB9 Stratstone edition |

Well, it's not an estimation, it's the official delivery date issued by factory.

I've never had a confirmed date at order - normally the confirmed factory build date comes later once the factory has scheduled the build - this is normally the reason why actual dates vary from initial estimates Am I the only one who understands it this way? |
