Evolve said by Christmas but still no sign of it. They said they are concentrating on other projects last time I asked. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

because the V8 is an old (albeit good!) engine in the new model, there is over £6000 difference between the two, but there is only approx 25bhp difference between the two engines, and 30lb/ft, so in my (humble) opinion, a £250 - £300 remap makes a lot more sense than a bigger heavier V8 |

sounds exactly like my dream one! Which wheels have you gone for? What interior trim also? And finally did you choose the parking heater thing? |

see this is what es me right off. you are giving the dealer the best part of £50-ish K, and they cant give you a couple of simple options. Piano black trim - it's bound to be cheaper than the wood, but they wont do it, and the 5 spoke wheels (which are my favourites too!) - they will only add them on at ~£300 per wheel. robbing ba$tards.... I'll probably just stick with whatever rims they give me, or even spec 19s if they're cheaper, and stick some real mud-plugger tyres on the 19s, and keep them for winter use, and go for a set of 22s at a similar cost as to what LR are looking for their 20s. |

I have a chip (tuning box) to fit to my 2010 TDV6 - I haven't as yet as I haven't run it in yet, but it claims to boost torque to 690 NM, which is more than the std TDV8. Gordon, is that a Tunit box? I've been looking at those and would be interested in your impressions when you fit it.
