I have just been speaking to my guy at the dealership and he holds his hands up and said that he assumed it did have one and that he didn't look to check. He said that they will fit one for me at a cost of £200 which is less than half price, i could have got all arsey with him but i thought he has been very good all the way through the purchase, 200% more helpful then my other local Landrover dealer. He did suggest that they would have taken the whole thing on the chin, but i did get them to fit 4 new tyres, all new discs and pads, new spec ball joints to the front of the car, oh and referb all four wheels...hehe so i guess i have had an alright deal really.

Yes they are available to buy, from what i can gather they are £3xx odd for the unit then they allow two hours to fit it in at Landrover dealers. |

well before the V8 power plant, i built a supercharged 3.5 straight 6 which was in it for about 6 months that was dynoed at 325bhp. that was fun but the engine was slightly too heavy and too far over the front wheels.

Tweaky you should still be asking why he blatantly lied to you about it "coming on with the A/C", personally I wouldn't pay a penny for it!

Hmmm... I think a lie is when somebody deliberately tells you something he knows to be wrong. I don't think negligently telling somebody something that's incorrect constitutes a lie, especially if it's done in good faith.

That seems a bit of an odd thing to lie about! Get wrong, yes, but lie about it? Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.8::MG Montego Turbo::MGB GT::Rover Sterling::MGF::MG ZT 190+
