I tried to search for this before posting but didn't find a conclusive/definite answer so hopefully someone on the forum can help me.

The manufacturer warranty on my TDV6 is coming to an end soon and I am going to get a warranty from Warranty Direct. I am also thinking of getting it remapped.

I know remapping would invalidate LR warranty, the question is: does anyone know for sure if Warranty Direct covers remapped cars? Whether remapped before or after buying their warranty, of course informing them of the mod in either case.

They won't cover a remapped car They try their best to get out of any claim as it is let alone a remapped one.

Thanks Ady. Will have to be content with the standard performance then. Not the end of the world, it's not bad by any means and responds decently in sports mode.
