Greece 2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Alaska White

Wrangler is a very good choice especially if you are going to mountains. Are you moving Angel? Otherwise is a real TRUCK.

I was ready to buy the 4door version (somebody said it has 4seats!!) but my daughter couldn't sit back there.

Here as I was testing the car for Car & Driver (my secret job)

TBH I would of thought a man of your refinement will find it a bit rough and ready compared to your recent motors, (at least 1 step down from A3)

There is cheap cars and cars that are cheaper.

Secondhand could buy class and save a bucket full of depreciation, but if your mind is set, then who are we to stop you, least we tried

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

To quote the comments about the Jeep Wrangler in What car? mag - "For - Breath taking offroad, not too bad on it, the diesel engine makes it a realistic purchase. Against - Steering is very vague, the seats uncomfortable and resale values are nowhere near a Land Rover Defender's!" No wonder they are cheap! Angel a Defender 110 County Stationwagon (9 seats too!) or a 90 CSW (4 seats) would have been much cooler and retain it's value far better and you would still have the vague steering and uncomfortable driving position, OK so you wouldn't get a 3.8ltr V8 but the 2.4 Puma engine is pretty good and you will see nearer to 30mpg than the Jeeps "aston rivaling" thirst. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Germany 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

Well, yes, the Jeep is a lot more comfortable than the Defender. The Defender is a car for maniacs, I like it but as a toy not as a car. Rolling Eyes
There are a lot of other nice cars, too, for that sort of money at the moment. But I know you neither like Porsches nor Mercedes AMGs which both is a pitty: you could have a W211 E55 AMG right now which is a very beautiful and really good car. Actually if I did not have to drive 170 km a day I would buy one. Cool

edit: Just recognized you have already decided. Still a pitty you do not like Porsche or Mercedes. RRS TDV6 HSE, 2006, bonatti grey, ebony interior, rear diff, s/c grille and vents, stormers, privacy, tasmods, iphone integration Wink
