England 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

I have the full range of dodo juice products and love them. Even just washing with their shampoo and drying off with the extra large white micro fibre cloth seems to bring the paintwork up shinier. Jut before the winter I started claying the bonnet. I washed, dried, lubed, claybarred, lime cleansed and then waxed - it came up like glass.

Before starting again I'd really like to source a decent polishing machine. Any ideas?

I am also interested in any products to keep the alloys cleaner or at least easier to clean. Got some spray on stuff from the wheel specialist but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Looking forward to a decent weekend of weather to get it looking perfect again. Jaguar XKR Convertible

This nanolex wheel sealant looks really good in keeping them clean in a thread I read over on DW

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=115993

thinking of it as my wheel sealant wears off every few washs and if this other stuff let's me save 45mins a wheel then it's worth the money

on a polisher, I have a megiuers G220, good machine but there has been cheaper ones come out since I bought mine, DAS6 is a cheaper version I think

I got mine from www.polishedbliss.co.uk

2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange

I'm thinking along the lines of:

1) Pressure wash the car
2) Snow foam and leave for 5 minutes or so
3) Pressure wash again
4) Wash with meguiars shampoo
5) Pressure wash again
6) Have a cuppa!
7) Dry with micro fibre cloth
8- Clay bar
9) Lime prime, maybe lite
10) Dodo orange or supernatural wax
11) nanolex aloy wheel sealant
12) Glass cleaned with autoglym glass polish
13) Trim treated with autoglym bumper care
14) After another cuppa might tackle the inside, or maybe that's another story?

How does that sound, and by the way, where are you getting you nanolex from? 2005 Vesuvius 1st edition ( now sadly gone ).

Yep - just been on to Monza and they have it there and also a Dod juice polisher which I will also have to get. Mrs H is getting very annoyed at my irrational excitement! Jaguar XKR Convertible

Seen mention of the snow foam on sites and seen it at commercial yards.

I have the Karcher PW kit etc but do I need to by a specific lance/snow foam or is there a foam that works with the Karcher?

I tried the wash/wax solution that came from Karcher but it didnt cut the mustard!!

I've a Karcher too but I just use it to take off the loose stuff then 2 bucket wash with Dodo juice shampoo and rinse with the hose. Dry it then usually a wipe over with Red Mist which brings it up lovely!

My Sport is coming back from dealer tomorrow with a full valet thrown in so it'll probably get another waxing on top Friday afternoon! (If it stays dry that is!) Current, M135i in Estoril Blue with more extras than the cast of Ben Hur.

Poor boys wheel sealant is good, makes cleaning wheels easier, auto glym tar remover for removing tar and general dirty marks that don't come off with washing, then a couple of coats of poorboys, nice!.
