Just off the phone to Spencer at Lookers to get some advice regarding colour combinations for my new RRS. My question was whether Buckingham Blue/ Tan was a good combination as I had to decide by tomorrow...I explained that I had already agreed a deal with Stratstone and was only looking for his opinion he then took the time to explain the pros and cons and the possible effects on resale values etc followed up by e-mailing pics for me to look at...WOW!!! what service.....you guys down south are very lucky to have a dealer like that Thanks again |

Tim....I can see why. Most other dealers would probably tell me to get lost. Having read other glowing reports about Park Royal just wonder if my only mistake is not dealing with them??? |

Got to say though, we went this afternoon, at 12.30, and we waited for an hour, without being seen. And there were people behind us - so one of those things I guess - should make an appointment next time - will go back again in the week - but harder to do when not with the other half..... |
