Have you tried the voice button on steering wheel, press it let it beep and say Navigation voice guidance on. There are two hard buttons under the screen, if you press the right hand one, think it is, it takes you to navigation settings. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen there appears a couple of soft buttons the left hand one toggles her voice on and off. If it has a red cross through it it's off just touch it to switch it back on. Elise S1 - Race Spec
