With regard to HST, I'd agree that it's probably worth a £2k premium to a franchised dealer (at least) however the positive effect of RSE and Java/Santorini Black with Ivory would be greater on an HST (certainly in London).

Go on then lets have a laugh, I have an 08 (May) TDV8 HST in black with black......totally standard apart from white side indicators and black door handles. I have aftermarket rear screens with a PS3 if that akes a difference.

Or how about this - 1996 Defender 90 Tdi 300 Hard Top with conversion to Stationwagon. Fitted Hydraulic winch, otherwise unmodified. 74000 miles. Usual Defender type battlescars. I know what the agreed value is but would be interested to see what the Guides reckon an old Defender would be worth.
