hmmm, this JDpower survey gives it 2 out of 5 in EVERY factor, more confused now

Different categories - dependability, reliability, quality, design etc. You can score really well in one, but not well in another. I generally just look at overall vehicle dependability as that "Measures problems experienced by original owners of 3-year-old vehicles.". Or how about the new 4.6D Toyota Land Cruiser. Supposed to be very reliable and has all the gizmos that LR put on. Quick for a big 4x4. TDV6 - gone

Everyone is different but here goes, I think the main problem is the dealer being totally useless.

Tandem, try another dealer - check out the dealer feedback section. A bad dealer can ruin your expeerience with the car..... |
